"Naperville beige," since it is a more economical carpet, has backing that tends to stay wet and breaks down faster than more expensive carpeting.  Using a rental type machine is fine for in-between cleanings, but this carpet in particular, needs to be cleaned a couple times a year or it will need to be replaced due to the backing breaking down.
